processing time: each mrittika piece is made with care, often involving handwork and small-batch production. orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). during busy periods or new collection launches, this may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you informed.

    domestic shipping: we currently ship across india.

international shipping: if you’re outside india, feel free to reach out to us at support@mrittikas.in , and we’ll check the possibilities for you.

  1. delivery time
    when will my order arrive: once your order is shipped, it typically takes 4–8 business days to reach you, depending on your location. remote areas may take slightly longer.

delays: during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery might be delayed. we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.

    once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or message. you can use it to track your package through the courier partner’s website.

    incorrect address: please ensure your shipping details are accurate while placing the order. mrittika will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

failed delivery: if the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will attempt re-delivery. if the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

    each mrittika order is packed with care, reflecting our love for thoughtful and sustainable practices. we ensure your garment reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
  2. returns due to delivery issues
    if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. email us at support@mrittikas.in with relevant photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.
