At Mrittika, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and aim to offer you garments that feel as special as they are comfortable.

As a slow fashion brand, each product is made in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine issue with the product received.

We request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Inform Us Within 24 Hours
Kindly email us at support@mrittikas.in or contact us at 9239720502 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Share Clear Proof
Attach clear images or videos showing the issue so our team can assess it accurately.

3. Approval & Return Authorization
Once reviewed, if your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping
For eligible cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Mrittika.

5. Resolution
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will initiate either:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• A full refund at no additional cost

Refund Process*

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized pieces
• Hand-painted or specially crafted garments made on request
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest.

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
