  • Slight variations in fabric colour, texture, or embroidery may occur
  • These differences can also appear due to screen settings and lighting during photography
    We see these not as imperfections, but as a reminder that every piece is made by hand, and made uniquely for you .
    DELIVERY TIMELINE
    Our process is slow and mindful, allowing each garment the time it needs.
  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days
  • For hand-embroidered or hand-painted pieces, an additional 2–3 days may be required
    We truly appreciate your patience. It allows us to deliver something made with intention.
    CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING
    We believe clothing should feel personal and comfortable.

    RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
    As a small, slow fashion brand, we follow a mindful return policy.
    The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:

    AVAILABILITY
    We work in small batches, so availability may be limited.
  • If a product or size is unavailable, feel free to reach out
  • We will try our best to restock or recreate the piece, depending on availability

    CANCELLATIONS
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible
